Mr. Halverson has been adirector of the Company since June 2020. Mr. Halverson served as the Group President and Chief Financial Officerof Caterpillar Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of construction andmining equipment, diesel and gas engines, turbines, and locomotives, from 2013to 2018. He joined Caterpillar in 1988,serving in various roles of increasing responsibility including leading theCaterpillar Financial business unit as well as the human resources, globalsupply chain and information services functions. Mr. Halverson currently serves on the boardsof Sysco Corporation, where he is the Lead Independent Director and AuditCommittee Chairman, and Custom Truck One Source, a privately held Blackstoneportfolio company. He also previouslyserved as a director for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Halverson attended the University ofIllinois, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and anExecutive Masters of Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AmericanInstitute of Certified Public Accountants.
