Alicia Davis

Alicia Davis is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. In this position, she is responsible for leading Lear’s efforts in identifying, evaluating and executing mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and joint ventures.  She also leads the ongoing development and implementation of Lear's investor relations strategy and oversees communications with the financial community. 

Ms. Davis joined Lear from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a Professor and the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and focused her teaching and research on corporate governance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.  She currently holds a dry appointment as a tenured professor at the Law School.  

Ms. Davis was previously a corporate lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis and prior to that an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and Raymond James, where she served as a vice president.

Alicia also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Student Advocacy Center of Michigan, a nonprofit organization focused on education support and advocacy for disadvantaged youth.

Alicia has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Florida A&M University, a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School, and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
