Ms. Lewis has been adirector of the Company since November 2020. Ms. Lewis has served as ExecutiveVice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at UnitedHealth GroupIncorporated (NYSE: UNH) since October 2019.  Prior to that, Ms. Lewis served in variousroles at Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT), including Senior VicePresident and Chief Human Resources Officer from 2014 to October 2019; VicePresident, Human Resources, Information Systems and Global Solutions from 2012to 2014; and Vice President, Human Resources, Electronic Systems from 2011 to2012.  Ms. Lewis previously held varioushuman resources positions at International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE:IBM) and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (NYSE: DD). Ms. Lewis has abachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations Management from University of Bridgeport.
