Executive Vice President and President, Seating

Frank Orsini

Frank Orsini was named executive vice president and president of Lear’s Seating business in March 2018. He is responsible for developing and leading global initiatives to grow and diversify sales, accelerate innovation, improve financial results and sustain world-class competitiveness in the Seating business.

Since joining Lear in 1994, Orsini has been promoted through a series of positions such as senior vice president and president of Lear’s E-Systems division; vice president, operations, electrical; vice president, sales, program management and manufacturing, electrical; vice president, GM Truck business; vice president, North America seating operations; and president, DaimlerChrysler division.

Orsini earned a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University.

In addition to his responsibilities at Lear, Orsini is a member of the board of directors for Winning Futures, an organization that prepares teens for successful careers through workforce preparation, life skills development, strategic planning, mentoring and scholarship programs.
